Mr. Donald R. Diamond is Chairman of Diamond Ventures, Inc. His business interests include a variety of real estate investments and development projects in the southwestern United States and Mexico. His intuition, charisma and dedication are legendary, as is his commitment to success, his national, state and regional involvement, and his generosity to charitable causes. Mr. Diamond’s keen business acumen and commitment to perpetual learning have been essential to Diamond Ventures’ success.
Born in New York City in 1928, Mr. Diamond attended elementary and junior high school in Arizona. After serving in the Army, he returned to Arizona and attended the University of Arizona from 1947-49. From 1950-65, Mr. Diamond enjoyed a successful career in the commodities business as vice president of ACLI International in New York City. He returned to Tucson full-time in 1965.
Mr. Diamond's successful career in land development began in the mid 1960's with the acquisition of 450 acres which became Pima Canyon Estates, a gated custom home-site community in the Catalina Foothills. Later, he acquired the 5,000-acre Rocking "K" Ranch, one of Tucson's largest master-planned developments; more than 12,000 acres from the Howard Hughes Estate; and The Canyons, a 160-acre, premiere luxury gated home-site community in the Catalina Foothills. More recently, Mr. Diamond's company acquired a 5,200-acre parcel in Peoria, Arizona, and a 1,600-acre parcel in Casa Grande, Arizona.
Previously, Mr. Diamond has played a major role as an owner operator of a diverse number of businesses. He was owner and president of NBC-affiliate KVOA-TV (1971- 82) in Tucson; a partner in Arizona Mail Order (1975-98), one of the largest national mail order firms in women's ready-to-wear apparel; a founder, vice president and one of the principal owners of the Phoenix Suns (1968-87); an interest owner in the Arizona Diamondbacks; and a board member of the United Bank of Arizona and its holding company, United Bancorp (1975-88).
As a philanthropist, Mr. Diamond has played a major role in supporting Tucson's community, national and international health, as well as education and charitable service organizations. He spearheaded the building of the current Jewish Community Center in Tucson and serves as a member of the National Board of Advisors for the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Business and Public Administration, and has been very involved with the United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona.
Some of the other community organizations that have received Mr. Diamond’s support, through either his time or his financial contributions, include: the University of Arizona, Tucson Medical Center, St. Mary’s Hospital, Boys and Girls Clubs of Arizona, and the Community Food Bank. Together with his wife, Joan, the Diamonds have committed $15 million as the lead gift in establishing the Diamond Children’s Medical Center at University Medical Center.
Donald currently serves or has served on the board of directors of the following organizations: Rincon Institute, Sunstone Cancer Support Foundation of Southern Arizona, Southern Arizona Leadership Council, University of Arizona Wildcat Club, Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona, America Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), and is a life member of the Tucson Airport Authority. In addition, he has also participated on numerous boards and committees dealing with mental health services, finance, economic and long-range planning for Tucson’s future, water stewardship, and children’s education and health.

David Goldstein
President, Diamond Ventures, Inc.
As president of Diamond Ventures, Inc. since 1988, David Goldstein oversees the overall management of the company, with a particular focus on the areas of finance, banking, sales and operations. His management provides the competent, confident and stable leadership essential to prioritizing resources and delivering the continued success to Diamond Ventures and its various holdings.
A native of Stamford, Connecticut, Mr. Goldstein graduated from the University of Connecticut with a business degree. He received a master's of business administration from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Business and Public Administration.
Mr. Goldstein began his business career in Tucson in the audit department of Ernst & Young, a leading accounting firm. In 1982, he transferred to the tax department of Coopers & Lybrand where he specialized in real estate and corporate and partnership taxation. From 1985-88, Mr. Goldstein was vice president of acquisitions and sales for Venture West Group, Inc., a development company with office, retail and residential projects in Arizona and Southern California.
Mr. Goldstein has served on many community boards and committees, including the Tucson Jewish Community Center, the Greater Tucson Economic Council (GTEC), the Tucson Airport Authority, the Pima County Comprehensive Land Use Panel, the Pima County Sonoran Desert Steering Committee and the Pima County Real Estate Research Council.

Kenneth Abrahams

Ken Abrahams, in his role as executive vice president for Diamond Ventures, Inc., provides the company's overall creative vision and direction through the acquisition and master planning of a diverse real estate portfolio. Mr. Abraham’s innate creative talents and commitment to creating exceptionally built environments that stand the test of time are a hallmark of Diamond Ventures.
Mr. Abrahams directs planning, entitlement and development for master-planned residential and mixed-use communities, employment campuses, industrial facilities, signature retail/entertainment centers in Tucson and exclusive custom home communities throughout Arizona.
An Arizona native, Mr. Abrahams received a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's of science in landscape architecture and renewable natural resources planning from the University of Arizona. He joined Diamond Ventures in 1991.

Mark Weinberg
Vice President, Development, Diamond Ventures, Inc.
In his role as vice president of development for Diamond Ventures, Inc., Mark Weinberg is responsible for overseeing the planning, entitlement, operation and disposition of the firm's residential communities and select commercial projects. Mr. Weinberg’s emphasis on pragmatic solutions and delivering key value-added elements into each project are one of Diamond Ventures’ recognized strengths.
Mr. Weinberg has more than 25 years' experience in Arizona land development. Prior to joining Diamond Ventures in 1993, he served as general manager of Canada Hills Development Company for 11 years. During his tenure with Canada Hills Development Company, he oversaw the construction and management of various projects including the El Conquistador Resort Hotel and Canada Hills Country Club including two 18-hole golf courses.
Mr. Weinberg earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and psychology from the University of New Hampshire.

William Kelley
Chief Financial Officer, Diamond Ventures, Inc.
Bill Kelley is responsible for project financing, economic feasibility and overseeing Diamond Ventures' industrial and commercial land portfolios. An Arizona native, Mr. Kelley grew up in Tucson, attended the University of Arizona, and graduated in 1978 with a business degree, majoring in accounting and finance. The diversity and depth and breadth of Mr. Kelley’s expertise and extensive relationships with financial institutions and commercial development interests are critical to the successful development of Diamond Ventures’ commercial assets.
Mr. Kelley began his career in Tucson with the national accounting firm of Ernst & Young. In 1986, Mr. Kelley was named vice president of finance for the Venture West Group, Inc., a real estate development company with projects in Arizona, Colorado and Southern California. In 1994, Mr. Kelley joined Bourn Properties, Inc., a Tucson-based real estate development brokerage firm, to provide development services in the repositioning of the Foothills Mall and other commercial projects in the area.
Mr. Kelley has served as Congressman Jim Kolbe's campaign treasurer since 1982 and is a current member of the Davis-Monthan 50, the business community's support organization for the Air Force base. He has also served on many governmental committees in recent years. Mr. Kelley joined Diamond Ventures in 2000.

Charles Bowles

Charlie Bowles brings more than two decades of real estate management, marketing and home building experience to his position as vice president, marketing and sales for Diamond Ventures, Inc. Due to Mr. Bowles’ talents, Diamond Ventures’ high desert foothills’ custom home communities are highly desired for their aesthetic beauty, quality of life and investment value
Mr. Bowles joined the firm in 1999 after spending 11 years at Estes Homes, a leading production homebuilder. From 1985-88, Mr. Bowles was president of Cottonwood Homes, the operations unit for the homes at La Paloma in Tucson. From 1983-85, he was co-owner and vice president of Crain and Associates Management Co., and was responsible for managing and marketing 11 apartment communities in Tucson and the greater Phoenix area.
Mr. Bowles has served on the board of directors of the National Home Builders Association and was chairman of the organization's national education committee, which helped write and develop guidelines for the nationally recognized MIRM (Member Institute Residential Marketing) program. He is on the executive board of the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association and president of the board for Tu Nidito Children and Family Services.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Bowles grew up in Phoenix. He attended Phoenix Junior College, Grand Canyon University and Fuller Seminary.

Chad Kolodisner

As vice president for Diamond Ventures, Inc., Chad Kolodisner is responsible for implementing the operations of the company with an emphasis on the acquisition, development, operation and sale of master-planned communities.
Mr. Kolodisner graduated cum laude with a juris doctorate degree from Harvard Law School and holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Arizona State University. Prior to joining Diamond Ventures in 2004, Mr. Kolodisner had over 10 years experience serving as both Arizona area counsel and corporate counsel in the Phoenix area.
Mr. Kolodisner has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona and also the Maricopa County Bar Association since 1994. He is also a member of the Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona and has lived in Arizona since 1983.

Priscilla Storm
Vice President of Public Policy and Community Planning, Diamond Ventures, Inc.
In her capacity as Vice President of Public Policy and Community Planning, Ms. Storm oversees the impact analysis of public policy and regulation on Diamond Ventures’ real estate portfolio. Ms. Storm evaluates real estate during due diligence and manages key aspects of government and stakeholder interaction during entitlement and pre-development. Ms. Storm chairs the Architectural Review Committees for Diamond Ventures’ custom lot communities and is the management liaison to Architectural Traditions, our artisan-crafted door and window manufacturing company. Bilingual, she also coordinates the management of assets in Mexico.
Ms. Storm’s experience includes executive positions with the Pascua Yaqui Indian Tribe, the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Work Healthcare System, and First City Bank of Texas. Ms. Storm received her bachelor’s degree in U.S. Mexico border studies and print journalism from Trinity University and her master’s degree in business administration in international trade from Texas A & M International University.

Bob Iannarino
Vice President of Infrastructure Development, Diamond Ventures, Inc.
As Vice President of Infrastructure Development, Mr. Iannarino is responsible for directing the infrastructure progression and advancement for retail power-centers, industrial parks, and mixed-use master-planned communities across Arizona. Additionally, Mr. Iannarino led the design and construction oversight of Red Rock Utilities, Diamond Ventures’ private water company and wastewater treatment facility. He continues to be involved with regulatory compliance and operation of our wet utilities division. He works with numerous jurisdictions and associations involved in state and regional roadway planning and associated flood control planning. Mr. Iannarino’s technical expertise is an invaluable contribution to both the form and function of infrastructure which serves our assets.
Prior to joining Diamond Ventures in 2002, Mr. Iannarino had a long and successful affiliation with Cella Barr Associates and Stantec Engineering. He has more than 28 years of site development and site engineering design experience. He is a licensed professional engineer in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico and Ohio.

Robert Tucker

Robert Tucker joined Diamond Ventures, Inc. in 2004 as a project manager. He is responsible for managing residential and commercial developments from preliminary property investigation and due diligence through the entitlement process, to design, construction and project completion.

Bob Kolt
Construction Manager, Diamond Ventures, Inc.
As a construction manager at Diamond Ventures, Inc., Bob Kolt is responsible for managing new subdivision construction and improvements. In addition, he works with property managers, homeowners associations and architectural design review committees to ensure that builders and owners comply with the design guidelines that preserve the high standards at all Diamond Ventures' properties.
Mr. Kolt attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona and the University of Arizona, where he studied architecture and engineering.
Mr. Kolt has worked for more than 17 years as a licensed general contractor and retail business owner. Before joining the company in 2002 he was employed by Diamond Ventures on a contract basis managing the construction, development and coordination of multiple luxury subdivisions.

Helaine Levy

The multi-generational commitment to quality development and community philanthropy continues with Helaine (Diamond) Levy's leadership of the Diamond family philanthropies. As Executive Director of the Diamond Family Philanthropies, Ms. Levy is responsible for coordinating and directing charitable giving for the Diamond family and Diamond Ventures. Helaine Levy is a consummate professional, highly respected within the national network of charitable organizations.
Ms. Levy's personal philosophy is to make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate by lending a helping hand and providing opportunities where they are most needed in the community. Despite her ongoing work as executive director of the Diamond Family Philanthropies, director of community relations for Diamond Ventures, and dedicated mother of three, Ms. Levy still finds the time and energy to devote to important causes throughout the area. Through her generous support of the Tucson Jewish community, women and children's organizations, health organizations and social services, Helaine Levy has touched the lives of many in southern Arizona over the years.

Brian Deatherage, CMA
Construction Controller
Brian joined DVI in 2005 as the Construction Controller. His duties include coordination of the construction accounting processes. Brian works with each of the project managers on a daily basis and assists them in attaining the pre-approved budget.
Brian has 12 years experience within the accounting and finance areas of real estate, construction and mining. He received his BSBA with an emphasis in Finance from Northern Arizona University.

Vince Vasquez
Water Resources Coordinator
As Water Resources Coordinator, Vince Vasquez assists the company’s development and wet utility divisions on all water-related transactions, entitlements, planning, regulatory and policy issues.
Mr. Vasquez holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Arizona with a focus on land use and water resource management. Vince is actively involved in local and state water planning, including appointments to both Tucson Water’s Citizens Water Advisory Committee and the City/County Water and Wastewater Oversight Committee.
