This 5,000-acre master-planned community in southeast Tucson was once an active cattle ranch,
and adjoins the 66,947-acre Saguaro National Park East. This distinctive Sonoran Desert
community will include resorts, golf courses, villages and a commercial complex. Approximately
6,000 homes will offer an array of housing options, including custom homes, town homes and
condominiums. Equestrian and pedestrian trails will be integrated throughout the community,
along with recreational areas and preserved open space.
