Diamond Ventures designed and developed this 598-acre community to include approximately
1,326 single-family homes and 200 acres of preserved natural open space. Continental Reserve,
located at Silverbell Road and Continental Reserve Loop, features a community park with
children's play area, tennis and basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields, and hiking and
equestrian trails. The community, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park West on the northwest
boundary, also includes an elementary school site.
Ironwood Reserve
This 160-acre community, located north of Tucson at Pima Farms Road and Scenic Drive in
Marana, features approximately 296 homes in four villages. Approximately half of the site is

Mesquite Ranch, a community located on 160 acres east of Houghton and Bilby Roads,
features four individual neighborhoods and 619 homes. Community amenities include two
neighborhood swimming pools with ramadas and barbecue areas, a community park with
picnic areas, children's play areas, volleyball and basketball courts and a network of walking
trails and bicycle paths. A 40-acre Vail School District middle and elementary school site is
located at the eastern edge of Mesquite Ranch.
Silverado Hills
Located east of Houghton Road and north of 22nd Street, Silverado Hills was developed to
represent the epitome of Sonoran Desert living. Residents enjoy significant, undisturbed open
space that creates a landscape of exceptional beauty. Amenities include a community center,
