COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES STEAM PUMP VILLAGE-ORO VALLEY
Steam Pump Village, a joint venture with Evergreen Devco, Inc., is named for the adjacent,
historic Steam Pump Ranch and stagecoach stop located just north of the Tucson
metropolitan area on North Oracle Road, the busiest north-south corridor in the city.
The Village will contain approximately 350,000 square feet of space offering dramatic open-
air views of nearby Pusch Ridge and the Santa Catalina Mountains. It is anchored by
Steinway Piano Gallery and California Design Center (opening fall 2006) and includes retail,
dining, hotel, entertainment and office space.
